I am passionate about the philosophy of Self-Determination, which empowers individuals to take control of their own lives, make decisions about their care, and participate fully in their communities. Throughout my career, I have seen the transformative impact of this model—whether it’s supporting a family as they navigate the decision-making process or working with individuals to build goals that focus on skill acquisition, independence, and community involvement. My role as an Independent Facilitator has allowed me to be part of this empowering process, advocating for clients to ensure they are supported every step of the way.
